When she became pregnant, former Estee Lauder executive and Issaquah resident Annette Rubin worried about whether chemicals in the beauty products she was using would harm her unborn baby after being absorbed through the skin.  She longed for greater safety, but wanted to keep the luxurious feel of the high-end products she loved.  That’s why in 2002 she and her physician husband, Dr. Jason Rubin, created Belli, a skin care line.
